Is there a diet pill that works? do they exist?

Question:

Answer:
Yeah, it's called Tapeworm-in-a-capsul.

Look there are no short cuts. Just do it right. Exercise and cut your calories.

The minimum number of calories a woman should consume is 1200. That is for a completely sedentary lifestyle. If your more active, you need more calories--even if you're dieting. Basically, you need to provide your body with enough calories to maintain your ideal weight for your given activity level. Too many calories and you gain weight. Too few, and your body goes into starvation mode, hording fat and calories, preventing you from losing weight. There is a formula I used that I got from WebMD: Evaluate your metabolism from 13-15, 13 being the slowest. Multiply that number by your ideal weight. The resultant figure is the number of calories you should take in per day.

No low-carb bologna, either. But, do stay away from un-natural sources of sugar(i.e.: corn syrup, cane sugar--fruit, as a nutural source, for example, is acceptable), white flour, saturated and trans fat. It is also good to avoid foods where sugar is listed in the first three ingridients. Note: CORN HAS NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE. Popcorn diet = malnutrition.

A certain percentage of your calories should come from all three sources: protein, carbohydrates and fats. Try a mix of 40%Protein, 40% Carb and 20% fat.

Get a balanced exercise routine. Muscle builds fat and cardio burns calories. Exercise a hour before any meals.

NO energy drinks. Calories are energy. You want your body to burn the energy stored around your wastline, not what you just drank in.

Drink at least 64 oz of water per day.

Eat lots of smaller meals instead of 3 squares.

BTW, I was 230lbs and, on my own, lost weight and got down to 125 lbs and 11% body fat.

I'll edit this and give more info later. Have to shut down the computer due to thunderstorms.
No they don't work
No, I tried dexatrim in high school and just got sick from it. Then I tried slim fast, Heating healthy is the best option.
No! You need to cut calories and exercise. Join Weight Watchers.
Prescription diet pills usually work for me, not the over the counter stuff though (not for me).

Find a doctor in your area that will prescribe them. Hopefully he will put you on a diet plan to help you learn how to eat, as well. However, there are some doctors that will just prescribe the pills month after month when you come to the office.

Best wishes.
I have lost 10 pounds with Stackers.
TRIMSPA worked wonders for my friend after having twins!
those are terrible for you and addicting, even though i have not tried them myself. do not resort to those
Just eat less and exercise, drugs are for losers with no will power or stamina.
You need a natural, nutritionally balanced approach to weight loss. A low glycemic diet, moderate exercise, and nutritional supplements. Diet pills and diets in general are unnatural and rob your body of things it need. When the weight loss is over and you stop the diet or the pills, you almost certainly will gain back the weight if not more.

Yes there is a diet pill that really works, and yes they really exist. The trick is to find the one that works best with you. Its like when you get a prescription from the doctors office, the doctors give you what he/she thinks works best for you given the problem. If the doctor is not sure then usually they ask you to go to the lab and give blood so they can better assist the situation. Its the same in the diet world. There are pills that work you just have to find the one that works best with you...
no none of them work. It's a multi billion dollar gimmick business, because so many people want to lose weight, and are told they can just simply take a pill and do it. It isn't true. They're told by so called doctors and professionals, but they're lying, too bad that stuff isn't better regulated, it should be illegal. False advertising.
never go on pills
