That PhenFen did wonders for people, but that is no longer available. Oh well, guess people will have to learn how to eat & excercise :)
-don't eat any food a few hours before you to to bed.
-take the stairs instead of the elevator.
-instead of 3 large meals during the day, have 10 tiny grazing meals througout the day, keeping in mind m'first tip.
-try to eat foods that naturally help your metabolism, like chiles and ginger. sometimes, even moderate tea and coffee consumption can help... but don't overdo it.
diet pills destroy your insides. don't take them.
