Great Question!! Bummer that I don't know for sure. You should read the pamphlet that comes with your BC pills. It should say something in there about what meds you shouldn't take because it will change the effectiveness of the BC. It's been a long time since I've taken BC and I don't remember if it listed appetite suppressants or not.

Depends on the diet pill and the birth control pill. Don't risk it. As the above says go see your doc or even ask your Pharmacist for advice.
