Does the diet pill "Lipozene" really work?

Question:

Answer:
I have tried EVERYTHING I have ever seen an ad for. None of it works. Now if I want to try a new pill, I just go to Google and type in the name of the pill and the following words: scam review opinion
I have yet to find a diet pill advertised that does not pop up on a review or opinion or scam board somewhere on the Internet. I have come to the conclusion that none of them work and have quit bothering to look them up. I hope this Google tip helps others to save money though. I wish I would have thought of it years ago because if there is one thing you can find on the Internet it is people complaining about what DOESN'T work. I only caution you to beware of scam web sites that claim they have the only real solution or that they have tested all the products out there and have a short list of the ones that really work. These sites are put up by sellers of the pill! It is so bogus. Stick to forums where you can get real user opinions, then just watch out for spammers who post on there claiming they have lost weight and you can buy through their favorite website blah blah blah... they are phony posters just lying to boost sales. It is so pathetic and predatory, but if you know what to avoid and how to get the real scoop, you will save a ton. These tips will help you with any diet pill in the future. As for Lipozene, my Google search for "Lipozene scam review opinion" returned this site: http://www.scam.com/showthread.php?t=122... BTW, SCAM.COM is a great website for finding out about most of these pills. This is a partial quote from the posting by Shelia7 on March 2006: "The dubious makers of Lipozene is a company by the name of Obesity Research Institute LLC. They also make Fiberthin and Propolene. All of their products are the same with different names. They have been named in many court actions for making misleading weight-loss claims. And hundreds of consumer complains file with the Nevada Better Business Bureau.
http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2005/06/fiberthin... She also says that the active ingredient "Propol" is just the company's name for fiber. Adding fiber is good for your diet, but it is not a weight loss miracle for the ages. There you have it - save your money!
I don't know, but you should try exersize and eating healthy before anything else. Diet pills are VERY hard on your liver.
Well,
Lipozene is not really damaging, and yes you would see small weight loss in the long term without changing diet. It's primary ingredient (glucomannan) is proven to lower blood sugar and cholesterol.

But that being said, just increasing the fiber intake in your diet will accomplish the exact same results as this pill, and it's cheaper/healthier. The thing to remember in eating is that you eat faster than your body can register. You will find that you are most likely full long before you are finished eating. Try eating the same foods just cutting back the portions. Exercise is a hard habit to get into, but every little bit helps, if you have a dog take him for a long walk daily and you will see results, don't expect anything to happen overnight but in time you will see change.
