Question:
If so, what kind, any results, any side effects, do you recommend, or no, and how much did u diet/exersize while taking them?

Answer:
I tried Hoodia and...
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.

I was taking Xenadrine..i think thats how its spelled. They worked pretty good
I don't use them because pretty much all of them can damage your heart. I wouldn't suggest them.
I doubt diet pills work.

What really works is exercise and eating in moderation. I believe in being able to eat whatever you want as long as it is in moderation.

Even if you take pills or eat healthy you will still need some form of exercise, there is no such thing as a "Magic pill" sorry.
I would say don't use them at all, unless you are morbidly obese and your doctor prescribes them.
I gonna agree with too_tall4u_09 diet pills are a harmful way to lose weight go to your doctor and only he should recommend a Diet and if it's right for you.
NO!!NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO !!!!!
I personally do not take them but i know someone who does and they put her on xenical which is a drug that works in the stomach and blocks fat. It is not covered by insurance and is expensive you can take it as much as 3x a day and it does not effect your central nervous system so the only side effects are your pooper. Check with your doctor. Also the other diet pills that are around are not good for you because they can be addictive and not worth it. Xenical is not addicive and you can lose 20% of your body weight within 6 monts to a year.
its better not to use diet pills.instead, u may drink a lot of water or have some fruit juices just before ur meals, so that u consume less food.
i'm a personal trainer, and i have a degree in exercise science. i can tell you for sure that most diet pills do absolutely nothing... sure, they may give you a caffeine buzz for a few hours, but the fat burning/ weight loss effects are usually minimal, if anything at all..

here's an easy way to explain it: what your body can't use, it gets rid of... if your pee is really bright yellow or really dark... then your body is just excreting the ingredients of the pills you're taking- and you are literally flushing your money right down the toilet!

as bad as it sucks- stick to diet and exercise... it's fool-proof!
I have been taking Hoodia, and it really works. There are no side effects. You just feel full after you eat even a small amount of food. Hoodia doesn't make you feel "funny" like some of the other diet pills do.
I TAKE PHENTERMINE DIET PILLS FROM MY DOCTOR. YOU GET A LITTLE DIZZY UNTIL YOU GET USE TO THEM. THEY CURB YOUR APPETITE BETTER THAN ANYTHING I'VE EVER TRIED. I'VE LOST 30 LBS. ON THEM

I have tried many over the years. After trying and failing and trying again, I finally figured it out. No pills as they can cause problems with your body. I stay away from the white flour, sugar, starches as much as possible, I have been counting carbs for 11 months and have lost quite a bit of weight on my very own tyvm :) I tried weight watchers, formu3 you name it I've been there, the only thing that works for me is to realize when I'm eating that I'm really full after a few bites. I have never felt so good like I do now and it's a great feeling :) Stay away from the diet pills, it's a gimmick...if you can swallow a pill and automatically think yeah these are helping me,, you can swallow water and think the same thing :) Take care of yourself and exercise ...the more active you are the more you burn. I wish you the best...
No, diet pills are bad for you so I don't recemend any.
