I've tried the slimform hoodia which didnt work. There are only like, 4 authentic hoodia pills on the market. Desert Burn is supposed to be the best, so is the hoodoba brand. When looking for hoodia pills on the net, make sure to look for a C.I.T.E.S. permit, and remember, the only hoodia that works as an appetite suppressant is hoodia GORDONII and it is ONLY grown in the kalahari desert. Some brands just say 'hoodia' which isn't the real thing.
Real Hoodia is supposed to work, but it's very rare and hardly exported from Africa. The stuff over here is diluted and full of things that will mess with your sugar and metabolism. It's a waste of money.
Sadly the best way to lose weight is diet and exercise. If there was a better way you know I'd be doing it.
Hoodia is a pretty good appetite suppressant. I'm taking a supplement called Herbalean that contains ephedra AND hoodia, and I am losing weight at a helathy rate, and I've got way more energy. During the first two weeks I took it, I had to actually set my alarm to remind me to eat.
