Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

I personally have had no luck for them. I reccomend cutting all soda out of your diet, and drink just water or actual juice (not sugar drinks) to lose weight. Get a brita. I have lost a great deal of weight that way.

Diet pills are not a safe way to lose weight permanently. Some people see results, but they typically do not last. For lasting weight loss, diet & exercise is the only way to do it right.
they didn't work for me...and i just wanted to loose 5 pounds. but sport definetly works!
I am currently taking Phentermine and lost 21.5 lbs last month but I have a lot to lose and I am working out as well. They help for a while but you can build up a resistance to them too. Plus once you stop, as with any diet aid, the weight can come back. My doc is also monitoring my labs so if you take it go through a Doctor to make sure you stay healthy.
hey there, i've tried several products and here are my own review on them. it might have worked differently for others.
slimist- a waste of $, didn't help at all in appetite suppresing.
fat blaster- appetite was still the same, still ate the same amount of food, didn't lose weight.
detox 4.3.2.1- it helped in my indigestion, made it easier for me to go to the loo but didn't lose weight either
chinese herbal medicine- pimple breakout, gained weight instead.
xantrax- lost about 3kgs in 3 weeks but when stopped, the weights lost were regained.
i've tried diet pills and i would say that they do not work. even if they did, the weights will be gained once you're off them. so my best advice is to do it the natural and healthy way. =)
