The following healthy living recommendations will help you if your trying to lose weight, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then your consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and log your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.

*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.

Depending on where you live if you go outside in a sweat suit and run a couple miles you can easily lose a lot of weight but depending on the state you may want to wear a couple

hell yeah. drink water. do cardio, you can do this by walking or running or skating or any sport really where you keep moving.i love badminton. limit your portions. dont overeat. avoid sweets b/c they turn to fat. i can lose ten lbs in a week and i take after my dads side, which is overweight. also dont eat late b/c you wont have a chance to burn it off. id say dont eat after 8.
In a week is pretty stern. I lost 7lbs in a week by eating a good breakfast, which i never ate. Jamba juice for lunch and a small evenly portioned dinner. Dont starve though that just backfires.
It can be done, but not in a healthy manner.

I did a low carb diet a couple of years ago, and lost 12 pounds in 10 days.

To lose 10 pounds in a week, you will have to eat very very little, and all low carb. Drink alot of water, then on the 7th day, don't drink any after 8pm the night before. Then weigh yourself first thing on the morning of the 8th day after you go to the bathroom.
There is a fad diet in which you eat two pints of vanilla ice cream a day for two days & you are only supposed to lose up to ten pounds. I had lost seven this way.
Just keep in mind that most fad diets are making you lose water weight only & that you will gain it back fairly quickly.
You actually lose weight very quickly when you first start any kind of diet. maybe not 10 pounds (that's quite a lot).

Try dropping all drinks but water from your diet. Eat 5-6 small meals a day that consist of serving-sized portions of fresh/raw veggies and lean meat or fish. You'll want to cut out as many unneccessary carbs as possible, but you'll need SOME in your diet to keep you going:-)

Exercise is also a key factor.

Doing this you'll lose weight quickly for a little bit, but your body will eventually plateau, as with all diets.
Do a juice fast. Most men lose 10 pounds in one week of juice fasting and most women lose 7 pounds. It's the only healthy way to lose weight!
Oh yeah, I know how to do this...100 % Raw foods...Juicing...Fruit smoothies (no yogurt and only fresh juice) salads...fruits, raw nuts,raw veggies,even olives and avocados...(No meat)
You will be amazed how good you look and feel in a week! I am always amazed!
(You will atleast lose alot of water weight) ...and will look great:)
Ps No starvation ...eat as much as you can! ...and exercise as you feel like it...most likely at some point you will have so much energy you will want to:)
