It does work. I have used several different Brands. From Sci-Fit's Theremalgenics to just straight Ephedrine (if you don't know what your doing I wouldn't recommend it).
I'm going to suggest that you use HOT ROX by BioTest. I've lost more weight with that product than I have with all the others combined. You take the recommended doses, Exercise, and Eat well and the after about two weeks you'll start to see a difference quite quickly. There a bit expensive, but your paying for more than just the name, your buying quality..AND stuff that works.
Don't waste your money on products that will give you the jitters and could possibly stop your heart.
there are no diet pills that acually work, most are just placebos (sugar pills), or u think they work and that makes u go do things worked up. plus there are not many diet pills w/the approval of the fda
Ephedra is on the market in an expectorant form only, no diet pills. What this means is that you can still buy it, but it will be diguised as a vaso-something, such as Vaso-pro.
Ephedra does work. If you can, go to your doctor and ask for a script for phentermine. It isn't ephedra. Instead, it is much more powerful. It suppresses you appetite and gives you energy beyond anything else. Many people have lost hundreds of pounds on real ephedra and phentermine/Adipex.
Don't fall for any sort of over the counter diet pill. It will be nothing but a bunch of herbal crap and caffeine, which doesn't work. Prescriptions always work the best!
Try dieting and exercising too.
