Be sooooo carefull with the diet pills! Sure, they work, but they really screw up your body! I used matabolife for 2 years, to maintain my weight. I didn't sleep or eat much and was grumpy all the time. Now I have circulatory problems from the ephedra ( or ephedra like product) in it.
