Has anyone taken a diet pill that actually worked?

Question:
just curious. if so, what was the name of it? any negative side effects

Answer:
I have tried a few (hydroxicut, stacker 2, redline) and nothing worked as well as just good exercises and healthy eating. I did a few strickt diets that seemed to work as well. I did the special k diet (2 bowls of cereal a day - one for breakfast, one for lunch and a good dinner) and I have done a modified slimfast diet. I drank only one shake for breakfast and had yogurt for lunch and a good dinner.
no pill works always go natural
Nope
Green Tea pills supposedly curb one's appetite. I find that this is true. They're natural, safe, and full of antioxidants. In the worst-case scenario-- if they don't work at controlling your appetite-- they are natural, safe, and good for you!
Looking for a cure all solution to dieting? A balanced meal or snack (complex carbs and protein) every 2-3 hours added with a few days in the gym each week will work. And you won't be sacraficing your liver or mental alertness.
Ummm its not really a pill i guess, but I'm taking Herbalife right now, and it works for me :] I guess i like it becuz its not really a diet ur on. Its more nutrition. And yea there are pills u can take doing it, like Cell-U-Loss and others.
drink lots of green tea you will lose pounds in no time
