Does anyone have some good advice on dieting and Does any one know of a good diet pill that really works?

Diet pills are not a good choice. I know from experience that they can really mess your metabolism up and make you get stomach aches a lot. Not to mention the hole smaller appitite thing makes people think you have anorexia. My doctor gave me an allergy med without telling me it had the same stuff in diet pills included. I screwed me up for a long time.

Do not make a high goal, first of all. It's a health risk to lose more than 3 pounds a week. Besides, that much in a week would probably be water weight, which comes right back.

Try taking a walk for 30 minutes a day, adding 10 minutes each week. Once you get up to an hour long walk, start biking or running for 20 minutes a day, adding on minutes once again. By the time you are biking for an hour a day, just keep at it and you'll keep losing.

Remember to EAT YOUR BREAKFAST. Eating Breakfast will reduce your hunger and increase your energy throughtout the day. You should have a large breakfast, smaller lunch, and light dinner. Or you can have multiple small meals throughout the day. Avoid snacking at night, and when you really want junk food, eat a half serving and substitute the other half with a fruit or veggie. Make sure you drink water too, it's helpful in losing weight faster. Be sure to lay off soda...it's high in cals.

That's how I lost 80 pounds of fat and gained 20 pounds of muscle, myself. I went from being 5"3 and 192 pounds to 5"6 and 131 pounds in 6 months (I'm 13, therfore still growing). It has been really easy to mantain my weight now, too.

I can't speak from experience but I wouldn't trust ANY diet pills, hon.
yes i do DONT EAT TO MUCH FOOD..
I just work out, but my best friend swears by 'hoodia' supplements. She says they really fill her up and she eats less junk food and sticks to her diet. :)
it called hoodiea.. it's an african plant from a cactus but i bought my pills from wal mart. they work I am a cubby girl 5'4 about 230 I like to eat i took it today at 9 I didn't eat until 7 pm I wasn't hungery but i drank alot of water eating ealthy on it will work i bet.
after 30 years and @ 1500 punds there is no easy way.. reduce calories and increase exercise if possible. Group dieting with group support oftens helps... no magic pills, sorry
there is no such thing as a diet pill that works.
most diets DO work, but can b unhealthy.

the diet that is most healthy and you will lose weight, is your own self motivation
exercise 30 min+ a day, and eat right. count the calories and eat alot of fruits and vegetables.
you dont lose weight by going on a diet, losing weight involvles a healthy lifestyle.
