Diet pills don't work!! Please save your money. Some are actually dangerous.
The best thing you can do for yourself is to add in more exercise to your routine...even if it means taking the stairs and parking in the furthest parking space.
The saying "you are what you eat" is totally true. If you don't alter your diet nothing is going to work. If these "lose weight fast" diet pills really did work, America would not have an obesity problem and doctors would be prescribing these pills left and right.
Hi friend there is now safe shortcuts available in this world for anything i bet. So please try to understand the human body function and try to zip your mouth and eat some good fiber and vegitables. Dont rely on medicens which will make u even worse in future. So please understand eat for living dont live for eating - god bless u for a healthy life.

I lost 20 lbs in about 10 weeks by doing stair master and a round on universal machines 3 times a week, plus I did the following very easily:
Made and ate lot of broth based soups. Capitalize on that broth. It's nutritious, delicious, filling, and so versatile.
Backed off of bread and cheese products.
Cooked all my own meals using only FRESH ingredients. It was fun, and I enjoyed my food so much more.
Cut out as much sugar from your diet as you can. Read food labels and look for words ending with "ose" in the ingredients list. These are sugars, and you'll be shocked at how much money you are spending on sugar. Cut it. You'll be glad you did.
