Answer:
Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !
NO, it's not.
no its not
diet pills don't do it
do what your doing and a big NO NO NO to the diet pills
nooo!
NO!You have to be 18 or older.Work out until you turn 18.
no! you should NOT take diet pills. You're doing the right thing by exercising... it shouldn't matter how thin you are, but how good of shape you're in... and it sounds like you're in good shape.
yea it's fine, dont listen to these idiots.

ephedrine+ caffeine

get them in an online store
No it is definately not. Youre 15!! Work out more than 3 days a week stop eating sugar and starches and lift some light wieghts in addition to youre running.

Do not turn your insides into mush messing with those crack diet pills. They may make your hunger go away but they also block your bodies natural processes. Keep it natural.
No, it's not!

Cut down on things with sugar in them including sodas, ice cream, candy, . Cut down on pasta and bread or bread products (pizza, etc). If you can't do these things then it's doubtful you'll achieve the weight you want without some running more often and harder.
you are only 15 years old. Be care ful you might be headed for an eating disorder or something worse. You can loose weight just eat healthy and exercise for 30 minues a day. Also drinking eight glasses of water a day. Also if you don't like the way water tastes put some fruit in the water and let it chill. Diet pills are not that safe. Please look at the warning signs before considering this. Also talk to your family doctor and look for easy diets.
i'm no nutritionist, but i would say taking diet pills at 15 is bad.i am also 15.

first off,

make sure you are eating right
meaning
3 square meals
a good ballance of everything
eat your fruits and vegies

next,
diversify your work out
i usualy go to the gym 3 times a week
and i know how boring it can be to run constantly
try mixing it up

here is what i do
and over about a month(with good dieting and staying on this plan)

run 2 miles
bike 5 miles
run on the eliptical for 2 miles(1 foward,1 backwards)
then cool down 1 mile on a recumbent bike

also

target one part of your body a week
like
after you are done doing your cardio excercises

pick up some weights and put in a few sets of curls

i hope i have helped you
NO

what you need is to get more self confidence. being skinny does not mean happy. a lot of people that have eating disorders do it because they are unhappy.

if you want to lose weight for health reasons, good for you.
but if you want to lose weight to make people like you or friends approve of you, then you need get better friends.

if you want to lose weight see a dietician and do it smartly
no not really diet pills are meant 4 adults!
i would say no just because your body is still developing and really diet pill just supress your appitite , they do not shrink fat cells.
if you want to lose weight why not introduce a new activity into your lifestyle.
when you stop eating . you can only stop for to long before you either crack and eat everything in sight or get very sick, so exersise and cutting out unnessesary carbs and sugars will help alot. did you know that one soda has as many carbs as a full course meal?
Omg! No way u should stay well away from such things at that age! ur body is still growing u will put weight on as u get older but if u keep to a normal diet weight shouldnt really be a problem .
This is my own opinion but i am against taking diet pills. i think losing weight should be from working out and dieting, not pills... it may have worked for anna nicole smith but who knows whats inside of those pills? they make the ingriediants so big and difficult to read so there is no telling whats inside them...lol.anyways good luck with whatever choice you make...alrighty?! :)
Do not take Diet Pills most of them have really bad side effects and can ruin your health. Some can cause serious heart problems and liver problems. The best advice for you, is to watch what you eat and look at the labels on food if your at a supermarket. And, also if you eat out at resteraunts order something and eat half of it. And, avoid alchoalic beverages those contain the most calories. But, please do not take diet pills it is not safe.
Don't take those things.they will kill ya...
no itn't good for you and anyone esle also. it isn't healthy for ur age drink water and exercise and eat healthy.
diet pills from what i understand dont work. you should try energy pills like nodoz or estergine.
most diet pills have you drinking tons of water with them, and that means it's the water that suppresses the appetite. lets face it the only diet pills that actually work are the few that can be prescribed. you said that you were dieting, how much fat have you cut out of your diet(i mean actual fat, not just junk food). sometimes when we cut too much fat out of our diet for too long the body goes into starvation mode and believes it is starving, you can counteract this by eating a handful of peanuts a day or putting a tbs of oil on you salads, that tends to get things started. by the way don't listen to the idiot promoting ephedra, it has been banned in the U.S. for causing severe heart problems and death. good luck!
The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.

Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/p...

Of course it's ok to take diet pills! Why even bother to listen to these idiots? When i was 15, i was a tall and skinny dude. I began taking weight gainers and creatine with my workouts and guess what... Im 22, big mean and muscular now! If weight gainers and creatine worked for me at 15, why wouldnt a diet pill? Face it, all diet pills do is speed up your metabolism by heaping loads of so called "energy" in your body. In order to make it work, you have to be exercising and active. If you can keep yourself active for a few months, then diet pills will work wonders for you. even at 15.
