Most effective diet pill.?

Question:
if any are effective..
list the name, price, and where you can get it.
also,
list how long it takes until you can see results.

Answer:
X-urr-size
They haven't had pills that actually worked since the 80s after that they outlawed ones that actually worked because teenage girls were using them, in overabundance. So now, if you hear any one hear say that they know of some, you know one of 2 things, they're either lying or they have a really old bottle

The only thing i can say is, take it easy on the 'fatty foods' and go heavy on any kind of exersize
I use the nuva ring. I love it. Works immediately. Put it in for three weeks and then take it out to have your period. 99%effective
none are effective and if they do work once you stop you will gain double the weight back. your best bet is to diet and exercise.
diet pills are bad for you. you need to learn that. if there was a diet pill that worked, and didnt make you sick, the FDA would have banned it from the US already, like emegrace-sim, which now only exists the fake one in the US, which has killed many people (i think by jhonson pharmaseuticals), and THAT ONE the FDA didnt ban, DONT BUY IT! i've also heard zantrex3 has killed many, but im not sure about that one. the FDA nowadays only cares about money and not people's health, ive seen many articles already, even one where i think it was the government telling them to please stop with the money goal and start actually helping people, think about it, if they made a pill that helped people lose weight, people would only buy THAT pill and when they lose the weight the want they wouldnt buy it anymore, if they cured people of all illnesses, they wouldnt keep buying the pills. hunger is not a bad thing, you cant just tell your body to shut up when its asking you for something. you need to learn to listen to it. if you stop eating your metabolism will go down, making it harder and eventually almost impossible to lose weight and when you start eating regularly again, you will gain more weight and your body percentage will be higher. what you want to do is eat like you always do but every 3 hours and smaller meals. eat healthy! i cant stress that enough. WORK WITH WEIGHTS, dont be scared to get bulky, it wont happen, follow a good routine (if you ask me for it, i can give you a good one), work with weights (and do cardio) 5 days a week, and work your WHOLE BODY (different sections every 3 days, like chest shoulders and abs one day, your whole back and triceps the next day, your whole legs, biceps and forearms the third day), not just your legs, which is something many women do... it will actually help your metabolism and to actually burn FAT when doing cardio. that way, when you do cardio, your body wont burn the muscle because it needs it for the stress your putting it through everyday with weights, and since there wont be much in your stomach, then it will go to fat to burn it for energy. any other way, the last thing your body will burn for energy is fat since that's "emergency energy" your body uses after it runs out of muscle and food in your stomach to burn. you always will want to keep your muscle. consume simple carbohidrates or sugars ONLY before and after a weight workout and makesure its healthy sugars, like fruits, juice and honey. any other time stick to complex carbohidrates like potatoes, rice, pasta, etc. stay away from fats, everything you buy make sure its FAT FREE. keep your refrigirators free of temptations, stay away from fast foods. if you feel you need to lower calories, or the amount of food your consuming, do it VERY slowly, otherwise your body will slow down your metabolism, and do zig zag calories. this means... if you start with 3000 calories, lower 100 and stay at 2900 for 2 weeks or 3 weeks, if you need a boost without risking your metabolic rate, lower your calories to 1000 for 2 or 3 days THE MOST and go back to regular. you can do this every 5 weeks or so ONLY. consume a lot of protein specially before and after a weight workout. foods with (all 8 parts) of protein are: meats (6 grams per oz), eggs (4 grams or so in one large egg) lactose products (milk has between 8 and 9 grams in 1 glass or 8 oz of milk, for the rest of the lactose products please check the label, too many variations), or soy. drink a lot of water to protect your kidney and liver from the amounts of protein and of course cardio, when you do cardio, try to stay sprinting as much as possible and then walk when you get too tired and start again, if you dont have much stamina yet, start with 15 minutes and go all the way to 30, if you need a boost, (ZIG ZAG, DONT STICK TO IT!!) for a 2 days ever 3 weeks run for 10 or 15 more minutes that you usually would, or every 5 weeks for 3 days, run twice a day for whatever time you usually run. if you play sports like soccer, that would be excelent, when have you seen a fat professional soccer player? :P. i hope this info was useful, if you need to know anything else, please send me a message, and please STAY AWAY FROM PILLS, they will NOT work well AND they will damage your health, if you need suplementation (and that all it is, to suplement your meals) get some protein powder to reach your protein goals and take a multivitamin like centrum, vitamin c (500 ml) and vitamin e (400 IU) , you dont need anything else. oh, if you like to read and you wanna learn about weight loss, a good e-book is burn the fat, feed the muscle by tom venuto. there are good books out there but be careful with what you believe and PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PILLS!! also remember to sleep well (at least 8 hours a day) muscle growth only happens when you sleep.
Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)
Please do not try diet pills because they are not the long term answer and many can cause negative health effects.

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:

I tried Hoodia and...
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

Asker's Rating: *****

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
