dont take diet pills, u might loose weight but after a while ur body will crave those foods and when u eat u will gain fat crazy style, my aunt did it she looks awfull now.

You should be at least 18 but I would opt out of taking them all together they have to many side effects and they are unhealthy. Just try a little harder to loose weight and stay focused on what U are trying to do u will get there and it can be done the right way. take care. and just try lower portions and drink lots of water at least 64 ounces a day and at least 24 ounces of grapefruit juice it will help to curb your appetite alittle as oppose to taking diet suppliments. Never...it is never a good idea to take diet pills. They contain gurana, and many other "natural" ingredients, that are necessarily good for you. Energy drinks like Red Bull also contain these ingredients.
You shouldnt take them at all they can really mess your body up, but if you do wait until your about 18 before then your still growing and its really not your fault how big you are. Have you tried diet and exercise? That can make you loose just as much weight as diet pills and it makes your over all health soar.
