Any one know of a diet pill that actually works?

None work, only thing you can do is eat right and go for walks and excercise.
I used to take Yellow Jackets (now yellow swarm I think) they were pretty good. I heard that hoodia also works good but im not sure if theres any side effects. Also, I have used slim fast in the past. with moderate excersize and a decent food intake that works real well.
theres so many other things- like jenny craig. NO DIET PILLS!
Please please please, don't waste your money on any diet pill. They do not work. If you are really concerned about your weight it is best to contact your physician.

I was taking Mega-T green tea pills and they helped curb my appetite and also gave me energy. Just don't take them on an empty stomach!!
eat more of soya take high protein diet twice a week n high fibre diet with lot of water for the rest of the days
hydroxycut. my husband lost 10 pounds in a week and a half. its great. though i havent tried it... i dont believe in taking pills unless you absolutly need them. if you dont want to take pills to loose weight, then loose weight by the common sence method: burn more calories than what you eat.
Any of the stimulants sold as diet pills should help you lose weight. They raise your heart rate and keep you moving because of the stimulant effects. They can also be quite dangerous.
I know diet pills are alluring, but none can replace a good diet and exercise. You pose the risk of addiction and serious side affects. Instead of pills, eat five small meals a day, drink lots of water and exercise regularly.
I don't think it's wise to put yourself on diet pills. There are always side-effects. Do try to do more exercise.
ZANTREX 3, its dangerous but i love it. if your older though and dont want to probably end up in the hospital from all the increased heart rate and what not, try green tea pills, they give you alot of energy. or you can go to a local GNC or drug store and ask someone professional.
Yes but they are not legal in the US - redux and phen-fen. You may still be able to get phendermine, the first phen in phen-fen. It is legal without the other fen but still not commonly prescribed. If you are in Europe, Mexico or I think Canada you can still get all those. As for herbals the only one that may work is Chitosan. It is a fiber that pulls fat into the colon. It will likely cause you diarhea and only gets a small amount of the fat out. Good for the dieter that occasionally splurges on ice cream or fried food. Course you will loose weight a lot faster if you just avoid these things entirely.
Look at your fat body, get depressed, and lose your appetite. I did it and lost 20 pounds in about 15-20 days.

I don't know of any pills that will help. Mostly these either reduce your appetite (OTC pills) or block fat absorption into your body. There are some things you can do to help your metabolism along though. Try to exercise in the morning, and eat your meals in a "reverse pyramid," meaning breakfast is your largest meal and dinner is your smallest. This will get your metabolism going in the morning, and your body will burn the food it is taking in during the day.
go to a doctor and ask to do a test to your tiroids, if they work slow,then it is hard for u, no matter what u do, it is just a blood test..and dieat pills are bad ...so i wish u luck...ok?
Please, do not try diet pills. I'm serious. They're not good for you, and adding the fact that they don't work, you'll only be wasting your money on them.
Have you eaten breakfast today? That's one important question. It helps your metabolism. Avoid sweets and chips, not meaning you shouldn't eat them, just eat less, humans need some fat in their bodies to stay healthy. Eat more fruits like oranges, apples... Also try eating more carbohydrates during the three meals so that you'll stay full till the next meal. Eat healthy snacks such as baby carrots between meals if you have to. Get enough sleep. Do light exercise about 30min to 1hr a day and drink enough water. (8 Cups aren't necessary as fruits and soup have water too.) Last thing, don't eat so much for dinner! Good Luck!
JENNY CRAIG!CURVES! HYDROXYCUT!ZANTRAX3! ALOT DO, go to google.com and look up diet pills. Almost all work but u have to eat healthy and workout regularly, about 30 miutes a day.
