Need help, any diet pills that really work? please i have to lose at least 15 lb and without pills i can't do

If there was really a "miricle in a bottle", you wouldn't be able to get your hands on it. Most of those diet pills just give you extra energy or supress appetite. The weight loss comes from diet and hard work. If you want to lose 15 lbs fast, try the adkins diet. It will take you about 5 days, and you will lose the weight.
you try the negative calorie diet instead
You can use lose weight without taking pills, taking pills will only give you health problems in the future. Try cutting back on the sugar and fatty foods. Give up fried foods and switch to baked, grilled, boiled and broiled food. Exercise 3-5 times a week, instead of parking near the door of a business park far off and walk, instead of using the elevators use the stairs (if the floor is very high do half stairs and half elevators).
You can go for phentermine. But you must consult your doctor before start using any weight loss drug.
