I am taking slim fast,but i wnat to know if its safe to take diet wieght loss pills with the slim-in fast?

Well, do you find that the slim-fast is working? The best way to lose weight isn't through weight-loss pills. I heard they're there to waste your money on. The best way to lose is eat healthy and excersise! Especially excersise. Sure it might take a month but its the right way.

Neither is a good idea. It's all about diet and keeping somewhat active.

Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
