Probably up to the store management. As long as they don't require a prescription, I would think it's OK. However, I believe that these pills are manufactured for adult bodies, and they may have no effect on you, or make you feel icky. Or, even make you GAIN weight.

If you are 13, do not buy diet pills...Eat smaller portions, exercise even if at first you only walk a short distance (1 Mile) then do it... remember less fried and more vegies and fruits, NO cokes..., water... Diet pills can only hurt you and discourage you. Good Luck...

I don't think so. A child under 13 is still growing, so diets aren't really much suitable for kids. Diet pills are catering to the adult crowd than kids. So I highly doubt they can. But they don't need to. They already have so much energy to run around and play.
First of all you are too young, you have to be at least 18. Second of all get some of your girlfriends and start you own fitness club, even if its just going to the mall and walking around, watch the junk food, drink plenty of water, stay away from the soda, bread, red meat, and dairy products for at least 30 days and watch the results. not a kid or adult should take diet pills as they are full of steroids. U can somehow reduce a bit weight, but you can be bald also. So, don't think about diet pills. Work hard. Control your diet. Life is short, don't spoil it by becoming unnatural.
