Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Its best not to use diet pills but if you must I reccomend Zantrex.It works and it only cost like 20 bucks at wal mart, just make sure you drink a lot of water with any diet pills you take.

There's no such thing as a good diet pill. The best way to lose weight, is to start a vigorous exercise rountine, eat HEALTHY (no junk food or McDonald's, candy, chips, pop) Eat vegetables, fruits, and NO FRIED FOODS!

If you take 3 cayenne pepper pills, each with a glass of water every day, it will increase your metabolism a lot, and it works just like a diet pill. They are about $5.00 at Walmart and they are not dangerous like diet pills.
Of course you have to exercise and watch what you eat or no diet will work.
NO PILLS! They are just gimmicks. Exercise, eat a big breakfast then 6 small meals a day, green tea(hot or cold), vitamins and mineral supplements, and soy milk for your calcium. Healthy and strong bones will help you in your exercise, and produce nutrients in the blood to help clean out your body. Speaking of which, make sure you have a body internal cleansing but be carful who you go to for this. Good luck.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
