I have never had any luck with any diet pills. The only thing they ever made thinner on me was my bank account :-(

Look online for the ones that have ephedrine in them... those are the only ones that really work.
Try getting phentermine. I lost 70 lbs in about 4 months with that along with diet and exercise. I realize that having to diet and exercise sucks but thats the deal. It does work. I lost 25 lbs in my first month!
Ephedrine lost 27 pounds in one month
trimspa.
I didn't keep track of my weight but I know that it kept me from being hungry.
I thought it would make me feel less hungry, but I would still want to eat. But I didn't even feel like eating. It was weird.
don't use it. unhealthy.
it will give it time it is the only one out that is prescribed without effefting your central nervous system or moods. Just give it time and exercise it will burn the fat right off you give it a few months i swear
I used to take diet pills couple years ago when they had ephedra in them when it was legal. They worked great my weight stayed a constant for 2 years then I stopped and gained some weight.
Try useing Rev. You can get it at Wal-Mart
I just wish I had money for it, thats all.
no, i havn't taken diet pills but there is no fix for losing weight you ahve to buckle down and exercise and eat healthier pills might work initially but have bad effects later! So please consider getting off the diet pills!
don't take diet pills, they have crap that will hurt you. drink green and white teas. no sugar added. alot. this will boost your metabloism. its in all the diet pills anyway. but, your going to have to work out and eat right to lose weight. there are no quick fixes. or easy ways out.
to be true none of them is good for health . you can do yoga or walk etc and eat light and healthy food . I am sure u feel 100% better
good luck
i have taken dexatrim it really good it curves ur appetite and to speed up weight lost use slimfast along and light walking

diet pills don't do anything but make you lose weight in the form of water no-mater what they say, if you want to lose weight get off of your lazy *** their is no miracle cure and diet pills will just harm you. none have been tested effective. try diet and non-impact exercise (aka treadmill or still bike)
diet pills dont work do wat i do just eat a small portion every 2 hours and ecsersise by running 3miles a day i lost 56 pounds and im in the best shape of my life
Xenadrine with ephedrine..
Sad to say they banned ephedrine due to cases of deaths..
Oh well I lost 50lbs in 5 months..
Forget the dam diet pills. Go out and exercise and watch the intake. Most diet pills have side effects that are not worth the risk. There is no magic pill the replace self-confidance and feeling good about yourself. So again more excersie and a better diet will do more for both your figure and your self-esteem. America must realize there is not a pill for everything.
NO!! Diet pills can really cause serious health problems, especially heart problems. A healthly lifestyle which includes eating nutritious, and walking worked for me to loose 150 pounds. If I could do it anyone can. For your health and wallet stay away from diet pills.
diet pills don't do anything. stick to 1400 calories a day no junk fool and exercise in your target heart range 4 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes a day. THR target heart rate is 180 minus your age.Diet pills are really bad on your heart. many have been taken off the market due to causing heart valve damage heart attack and even death. Some of these pills will make you feel like crap. They can give you the shakes make you sick and not feel well in general. losing 30 pounds a month is not good for your heart and health in general. 4 pounds a week is a good rate to loose weight. There is no magic pill don't waste your money. eat right and exercise that is the only way.
Please do not try diet pills because they are not the long term answer and many can cause negative health effects.
The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/...
Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:
Adults: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.ht...
Teens/Children: http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/exercise/w...
It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:

Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/p...
*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.
Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training for Dummies”. I tried 100% Hoodia and...

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
