Question:
I'm insulin resistant and take Metformin. I'm looking for something to turn my carb intake into energy and help my body better deal with how it distributes fat.
Answer:
Sesamin and Melting Point work, but they might not be what you want. They won't give you energy, just melt off the fat.
AMP works, and an Ephedrine/Caffiene stack works. They all give you energy and burn some fat at the same time. Anything with Yohimbine will give you some energy, but don't combine Y with the ephedrine or you risk seritonin syndrom.
You might want to look into alpha lipoic acid, it has been shown to potentiate insulin so your insulin is more effective.
I've used TrimLife for about 7 months and have lost 30 lbs, without watching what I'm eating. I'm not diabetic, so visit their website for info and then ask your doc.
