There are no diet pills that will help you lose weight and keep it off for good. Any weight you use because of a pill is weight you will gain back the moment you stop taking the drug. Many diet pills are extremely dangerous, and they are utterly worthless to boot. If you want to lose weight, the ONLY effective method is to start making permanent lifestyle changes. Eat less, exercise more -- anything other than that, and you're just going to be right back where you started in no time flat. You can do it! Just take your time and try to focus on making small, gradual changes that you can maintain for the rest of your life.

Not sure but i can tell you that choosing healthy foods to eat and drinking alot of water and exercising regularly walking jogging cycling (cardio) stuff will help you loose weight. Eating slowly not quickly on the run. Try to have a balance of vegetables fruit and grains etc... No need to stick to weird diets or drink meal replacement stuff unless you do not have time to sit and enjoy your meals. Get active and choose healthy try to make time to cook your own if you can or just choose the healthiest option if you must buy food from take away shops or restuarants. Good luck finding something that works for you.
If there were a diet pill that worked safely, no one would be overweight. Get it ? There is no magic cure for weight loss. I just lost a lot of weight over the last few months and I was not dieting ; I had just gotten worried about my cholesterol levels. So what I did was : 1. stopped eating in ANY restaurant...all my food has to come from home 2. stopped eating after 6pm 3. stopped drinking beverages (mostly water) with my meals . I drink a lot of water throughout the day
