Well, there is always the Special K diet to give you a little weight loss boost. It's healthy and along with diet and exercise it should work well. But, if you really want a pill I would suggest Phentermine: After taking it for 2 months I went from 151 lbs. to 118 lbs. (a size 12 to a 6) All I did was watch what I ate (low fat diet) and I did not exercise at all. That was two years ago. Of course I did not keep all of the weight off. Right now I weigh 130 lbs., which is fine with me. I try to eat foods that are low in fat and I cut out cokes and sweet tea and started to drink water or diet drinks.
Total waste of time and money. Keep exercising,watch your portion size and dont add any rubbish to your diet.Massage belts are good for specific areas but the important thing is healthy eating and exercise. You will always find the last few pounds the hardest to shed, thats where consistancy comes in. Salt free and sugar free are just as important as fat free.Hang in there Girl, dont give in, it will come off.Plenty of water!
