Do diet pills work?
Question:
Answer:
NO diet pills really work. Read the labels carefully...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.
You must have the calorie-reduced diet and exercise, and those two things will be just as effective, if not MORE effective if you don't have the weird chemicals in diets pills coursing through your system, causing heart, kidney, and liver problems. At best, the pills are a waste of money. At worst, you can suffer really awful health problems.
There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and your attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again.

Go to weight watchers if you really want an effective way to lose weight and keep it off.

No, diet pills are completely useless. If you lose weight because you are taking a pill, you'll gain all the weight back the moment you STOP taking the pill. The only effective way to lose weight and keep it off is to make permanent lifestyle changes -- i.e. eat less and exercise more.
Not only this, but most diet pills are extremely dangerous and some can cause deadly heart problems down the line. Not worth it!
Not always bit sometimes, The problem is KEEPING the weight off, and don't be lazy! Eat right, and exersize!! MUCH better for you
not if you exercise daily but be aware of the werid light feelings you may feel afterwards.
if you dont eat right, take a diet pill and dont exercise ~it'll just be a waste of time, effort and especially money on top of that dont think that your going to be losing weight either.
really it's just caffine but a little different b/c there's no sugar and other harsh stuff that cokes have to it.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
