What the best diet pills for weight loss while you're working out?
Question:
Answer:
Please do not try diet pills because they are not the long term answer and many can cause negative health effects. Consider a healthy lifestyle change.
The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/...
Get an online, desktop, or cell phone diet and fitness calculator. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:
Adults: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.ht...

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:

*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.
*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com
Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier.

Phentermine 37.5 mg is great! Just be sure your Doctor monitors your blood pressure while you're on it.
I would either recommend Lipo 6 or Stacker 2. I have tried every diet pill on the market, and I have to say unless you exercise a lot and eat very little you will not see any results from any pills. People just take them without exercise and complain that they got headaches and nausea...but if you work out and diet well, then you will see good results.
Even though I think that ephedrine-based pills are the best in weight loss; but they can cause severe side effects. It really all depends on the person and their immune system. But Lipo 6 is especially for working out and toning your body; so try that.
I don't believe in any drugs for weight loss, while you are working out and eating healthy why would one need a diet pill makes no sense...for get the any diet pills .good luck...
Lipodrene and Stimerex-ES. They contain ephedra for increased energy and metabolism, and Lipodrene has Real Hoodia Gordonii to suppress your appetite. 90% of the Hoodia being sold is fake, so read the Hoodia Report on the pages below.
Must avoid pills unless absolutely necessary and is advised by a doctor.
The good ones are those that don’t try to pass themselves as something they are not.
Many of the fat burners are nothing but a caffeine with 5-HTP. They sound all fancy and include other ingredients to make it looks like an affective formula, but they are not.
While I think that fat burners are not necessary, some of them are pretty good, and there are cases when my clients take some. So to answer your question take a look at Lean System 7, Hot Rox or Fahrenheit (Hot Rox for females).
"best"diet pills is never exist...
But if you want energy pill...you may try zantrex-3, xenadrine, hydroxycut....
I tried zantrex-3...
It boost my energy a lot even if I am a coffee addict..but lose weight??...I don't think it works that way.
Also, I tried xenadrine and hydroxycut...
It also gives me energy..but not as much as zantrex-3...perhaps its caffeine contains less than zantrex-3
Different diet pill works differently for each people...
because everyone has different systems....
so if you want the "best" diet pill...
I can not recommend you any of this...
because it does not work for me, it may work for you....
p.,s. be careful of any of diet pills...
some people have side effect , especially for people who never drink coffee.
so...
my suggestion is that...
if you really really want to have a try...
just take one pill/day..
and see if your body system can endure it.....
Try a cleansing diet! I tried this and lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in 9 days. Then I continued it and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. This program works to remove the toxins in the body that are stored in the fat cells. You cannot get rid of the fat cells unless you get rid of the toxins. We get toxins from pesticides, preservatives, fast food additives, chemicals, pollution, smoke etc… I have been on Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast and Atkins. All work great for a few weeks then the weight loss slows to 1 or 2 pounds a week and the motivation drops. This was my first experience with cleansing and it worked wonderful! You can order at 1-877-587-4647. It is not a cheap program, but it works and is worth every penny!
