Your weight is not healthy, but taking diet pills is even worse for you.
if it actually works, the FDA has taken it off the market. anything that actually works is subscription-required, illigal, or isn't technically labeled as diet pill... so, don't waste your money. your money would be better spent on fresh fruits and vegetables and/or any equiptment or membership that woudl motivate you to create and stick to an exercise plan.
best pill would be a standard aspirin, but taken with water direct from Tijuana; you'll get dysentery and lose 20lbs.
You're right about your weight - it is dangerously high. BUT diet pills DO NOT WORK and can be deadly dangerous! DO NOT mess around, have your physician refer you to a registered dietician who can help you plan good-tasting but low-calorie meals. It does demand a lot of you, but it's the only way to go. I've had to send several young folks from my hospital emergency room to the morgue who made the mistake of using diet pills.

Ephedrine! When it was legal. I took one yellow jacket a day and lost forty pounds. Then I got pregnant and was going to those again to get off the weight I put on after my baby was born. I tried the new ones they suck. I ended up doing weight watchers. I lost 11 pounds my first week. I lost 60 all together! That is the only diet that has ever worked for me. Give it a try.

Trimspa Ultra is working great for me despite what others say about diet pills. Remember though, one can't just take diet pills and expect to see results instantly. One must diet and exercise on a daily bases. Meth is also a great way to lose weight FAST, but it is not really a "diet pill" and highly addictive so I do not recommend it.
