Diet pills are just legalized methamphetamine... speed... you shouldn't do it. You might as well take up a speed addiction to lose weight. Diet and exercise is the only healthy way. Stay away from diet pills. They make some people crazy and ruin other people's hearts. They won't tell you that because they want you to buy their products of course.
Seriously, do it the healthy way... even though it's harder. There's always a catch with a quick fix.
