What diet pill really works? I've lost 10lbs w/ exercise,but need to loose a lot more..help?
Question:
have you tried putting down the fork?
yeah they work, but they'll make you feverish.
Well, if you need to "loose" more, untie it.
Loosen = untie or unbind
Lose = misplace, decrease
Avoid diet pills and stick with eating less and exercising more. This will give you longer-lasting results.
Stay natural. Go to a health food store and ask for Chromium Picolinate, Apple Cider Vinegar tablets, Green Tea Capsuels, and Bladderwrack capsuels. They are found in the best diet pills, but completely healthy and without the dangers of pills. These are the supplements that boost your metabolism, burn calories and give you energy. Oh, and don't forget you daily vitamin.
ask your doctor for better result OK !
Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

I like Cortislim. It's not like other diet pills, this one works by helping reduce stress. When you diet, your losing vitamins and essentails that keep you calm. This stuff takes the edge off ,and has made losing 35 lbs a lot easier then I thought for me. I have never stuck to a diet this long in my life (5 months and going) and I think these pills helped. Nothing replaces hard work and excersize though. Don't expect any miracle pills.
I brought these diet pills on ebay called slimming factor! They have been working for me so far! If you want to jumpstart your diet I would also recommend colon cleanse!
Self control and a healthy diet are the best way to lose weight but if that does not work, ask your doctor for Ionomin...it is quite an effective diet pill.the downside to it is that it has the effects of drinking ten pots of coffee a day and you feel like racing everywhere and you will have trouble sleeping.but it will work extremely well with a well regimented diet.once again...ask your Doctor.PS ( it acts like speed)
Diet pills are one of two things, completely and utterly useless or poisonously deadly. Either way, you need to stay away from them entirely and continue with your excellent exercise program. I recently had a heart specialist recommend the South Beach Diet to me so maybe combining that with exercise, you can lose the weight you want sensibly.
If you need to lose a "lot more," then diet pills are not the answer. Despite all the ad claims, there are no magic cures. You need to change your eating habits as well as your exercise.
There are 3,500 calories in a pound of human fat. That means, you have to eat 3,500 calories LESS than you burn off in order to lose one pound. That sounds like a tremendous amount, but it is not so bad. If you increase your exercise and decrease your intake by just 500 calories a day, you will lose one pound (7 times 500 calories) every week. You have already seen that exercise can help you lose weight. Now, if you combine that with a good diet plan, your weight loss will be dramatically improved.
Which diet? I recommend two of them, but there are plenty of others that will work. South Beach diet lets you eat a lot of food (well, after the first two weeks, which are tough) and most people seem to be able to stay on it for as long as they need to. And Weight Watchers is especially good for its balanced approach to nutrition. But as I said, there are others, and it is more important to find one you can stick with than to pick the "perfect" one.
Good luck!!
No diet pills "really work" they might curb your appetite for a little while but in the long run they don't work. You might want to look at this as a "life change" and the only way to be succesful is to change your eating habits and exercise like you have been doing. Keep up the good work and congratulations on the 10 lb. loss.
Phentermine. The dr's dont like to give it out to much so if you cant find one that will you can order it on line just Google phentermine. Take it in the morning before you eat with a large glass of water. then have a low fat meal like oatmeal. One hour after you took the pill . You will be amazed at the results. I lost 40 lbs
Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck!
