Does anyone know how to lose weight FAST but safe and healthy w/o diet pills.?

I am a 16 year old female and I really need to tone up my arms, legs and abs, so I can get that Janet Jackson and Ciara stomach.
get a medicine ball...that thing really works. i use that and a couple of 10 lb. dumbells. i work out for 20-30 mins 3 times a week and i've really toned my arms and abs. andd i lost 5 lbs! oh, and also drink a lot of water b/c that'll make you pee a lot through the day and you'll lose a few lbs. in water weight!! good luck!
Drink a lot of water 64oz min. a day.
Drink water when you feel hungry. Sometimes we confuse hunger with thurst.
Eat fresh vegetables. If you want your vegetables cook - steam them in hot water for less than 5 min.
Eat fruit as snacks.
And don't forget to drink skim / 2% low fat milk.
RUN FOREST RUN
First, you dont lose weight to do that. You need to work out. Only to tone up, not body build. Also, if you want to lose some weight, drink so much water you think your going to puke. The more water you drink, the more your body will be willing to release. Us poor women have that whole water weight gain thing. It sucks. But drink lots. We need at least 64oz everyday. So to lose a little more, drink more than that.

Have fun.
Try going to the gym or buy some small weights and do some exercises at home. You can find exercises on the internet. Eat healthy! No fast food or garbage (chips, candy...) Drink at least 8 eight ounce glasses of water everyday. Good luck!
Honestly you'll hear bad things but on the atkins (no carb) diet I went from 205 to 170 from Aug - march and that was 15lbs in the first month and a half. Try and stay below 25 grams of carbs everyday and do your best to exercise. I started doing light cardio at the gym for 45 min and then adding a couple light lifting exercises to build some muscle. And if your doing really well after 3 weeks... have a cheat day!

Get some kitosticks from a drug mart as well. They will monitor how your diet is going. It's a pee stick that will change colour based on the amount of Ketones in your body. More Ketones More fat loss...
