Im 17... I have a question abuot Diet Pills?
Question:
Answer:
if you are REALLY over weight and diet and excercise are not doing anything you should go see a Dr. there might be some thing worng w/ you thyroid (gland that controls your metabolisim) if you just want to lose 10 to 15lbs your are probally just going by the # on the scale. You need to take measurements and measure your progress by that. AT your age going by the # on the scale is point less. Because of puberty.
Oh and by the way NO over the counter Diet pill works. The FDA won't let any one relese an efective diet pill to the public. Only the DR. prescribed really work.
Your still at a young enough age where you metabolism is going strong. Pick up you exercise a little more. Trust me do it now before you get any older it doesn't get any easier. I wouldn't recommend diet pills at ur age.Good luck!
They are easy to get hooked on. I wouldn't reccomend them at 17, but I'm sure you will do what ever you want. (I did at 17) If you do, be very careful. I was hooked on them at 19. (I was getting prescription strength pills though) You lose a little weight and then think you need to lose more. It's an endless cycle.
You're too young to buy them right now. You have to be 18 in most states to purchase them.
Don't. It's not pointless to exercise and eat healthily. Keep at it. Sometimes it will take a few weeks to see a difference.
Best advice? DON'T GIVE UP! Your body needs a little patience on your part! Don't expect immediate results.
