no my mom took them and they made her gain she exercised and everything and gain 20 pounds i would recomend leptopril its the generic of leptoprin and its alot cheaper its 30 dollars but its worth it im taking it and i have lost 5 pounds and its been 1 week. well good luck.

NONE WORK. If you read the fine print, they all say works best with healthy diet and exercise plan, and only after consulting a doctor. It you did that, you wouldn't need a diet pill.
dont take diet pills you dont need them, they all have side- affects get a smaller plate eat what you normally eat but only what can fit on that plate,drink plenty of water and walk more thats the only thing that works and you keep the weight off good luck... just remember you have to work off what you eat, more energy more weightloss
I just bought some Trimspa yesterday, today is my first day on it. So far so good. I am hoping to see some results soon, minor at first. I have heard that many people have had success with Trimspa. I took it about an hour ago and it really does suppress your appetite. Only eating turkey bacon and toast for breakfast. Good Luck...
