Best diet pill?
Question:
Answer:
Diet pills should not be used if you can help it. Any pill with cortislim or simmiler is OK. But try to loose it naturally.
Cut out complex sugars, like soda, candy, and white breads. Eat whole grain. Pastas and breads can still be eaten, but don't over do it. Make sure they are whole grain.
Also, eat small meals 5 times a day. And NO carbs or sugars within 2 hours of bed time. This will also help you sleep better.
Get some cardio workouts in 4 or 5 times a week and some light weights 2 or 3 times. The more muscle the higher the motabolism.
None are good, diet the old fashioned way.eat less.exercise more
Hydroxiecut
Pills suck, they are addictive and make you feel terrible. They take something like improving your body and turn it into a negative thing instead of somethign positive as it should be. Step up and do it the right way for maximum benefits in all dimensions of your life.
I have to agree with Mumbo.
There is no best diet pill. Don't even waste your money trying them! Eat less, Exercise More the good old fashioned way. Drink more water. Be happy.
Since efedra was taken off the market, the best are only presription. Try Adipex.
Diet pill will not help you. You must change the way you approach your health and fitness. Throw out all the junk food and purchase good foods. Then have someone figure out how many calories your body needs to either maintain or loose your weight. Once you establish that then you need to spread those calories out over six to nine meals daily. So, yes you get to eat every two hours as long as you stay within your caloric range and the foods are good.
If you go the fad diet and pill route you are doomed to failure. Check it out for yourself but do not simply take my word for it.
first thing, go to your doc and get a blood test to make sure your body is working right including the extensive testing for your thyroid gland. next supplement your diet with a multi-vitamin that includes higher amount of calcium and vitamin d. then if you really want to make your diet work, switch your meal plans around to include a higher lean protien intake from meat and eat more protien earlier in the day. it's a better source of energy and it lasts longer than carbs or fats. keep your fat grams under the daily value on the nutritional guide on the packages you buy in the store. don't cut out carbs but keep the portions moderate in size. Also, because of meat being leaner nowadays, i would supplement the lost of a certain fatty acid called linoleic acid. i buy conjugated linoleic acid, you can find them in places like vitamin world or online. 1000 mgs is best, taken 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills in the evening. it's made from safflower or sunflower seed oil, it's all natural, and i have found that it helps to burn any stored fat that you may already have in your bod. i am setting up my groups page under weight loss support in the health section of yahoo groups site. i've been a bit too busy lately to work on it but when i get some more time i'll be adding more to it. i'd love for you to check it out.
