I have a friend who works at a GNC and he says that they hear alot of good things about it, but I dont know from experiance
I don't know but if it does maybe I will try it.
i am currently trying it...lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks.not overly impressed! will finish bottle and keep u posted!

From a personal experience,I would not advice you to follow any fad diets,instead try this healthy plan so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
