Nothing that will be effective. You might lose weight, but once you go off the pill you'll gain it right back if you don't make some changes in lifestyle.
Whatever you take, research it first. If you've just had the baby, you're still very hormonal, and diet pills are also hormones. And if you're nursing, you can't take certain pills and continue to nurse the baby without serious risk to the child's health.
Any pill that will cause you to loose weight with little of no excercise is going to hurt your body. When you stop taking it, you will most likely gain teh weight back too. If you are going to go the (sorry) lazy route, I recommend chaning your diet instead. Speed up your metabolism by eating a few small meals a day. Rather than getting full, and tired, use the food as fuel for your body and speed up your metabolism which will help you loose weight.
AND NO FAST FOOD! Haha

Keep in mind that a pound of fat equals 3500 calories. count every calorie that you eat, and count every calorie that you burn and do the math. I know, we all want fast results but the truth is, Yes I know you don't want to hear it . Here it goes. The best way to lose weight is to cut back on your portions, exercise and drink lots of water. Ive been there I have tried every diet pill on the market and as soon as I stop taking them I gain every pound back. Don't worry you will lose weight . Good Luck
I gained 66 lbs during my pregnancy. I had my daughter in Dec. 05 and took off all that weight by June 06. I took phentermine.
Xenadrine works. Well, at least according to my friend. She was 210 lbs and she decided to take that stuff to make her lose all her fats. After 4 months, her weight went down to 90 lbs. Totally not healthy though.

Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
