If you are wanting to get healthy, I would say take it slow. Maybe talk to your doctor or a nutritionist. The best way is to eat more fruits and veggies, cut back on the amount of fat in your diet, and no sugar. Of course, you have to exercise.

Try the grapefruit diet. Its awesome. its all over the internet. Its a little boring. But its easy. It basically is cutting down majo calories. U would be eating about 800 calories a day, which compared to a "normal" diet at 2000 is a big drop! But ive done it and i lost little over 5 olbs a week! Its true! But its only meant to be done for no longer than a month, Good luck!

I tried Slimfast once when I had a weight problem. It did nothing for me at all. And since then I've seen reason to be extremely wary of other diet aids.
What did it for me was cutting out fried foods, seconds, and junk food. And walking a lot.
That special K diet really worked for me, and the cereal is actually good so you dont even know that you are dieting. Exercise always works, do cardio and lots of it. Long walks and slow jogs.
The best way is NOT to associate the words "Lose weight" and "Fast" together.

I would suggest cutting out all the sugary drinks in your diet followed by salty snacks and fried stuff. Fast food can be determinal to your diet. And you should start walking.
