Than I tried Hoodia and...
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
For all you doubters, here is the prior feedback for another Answers user who followed my advice:

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Trimspa is working for me. It suppresses my appetite and gives me tons of energy. Try it out...I like it so far. And for everyone who says that diet pills are bed for you...Ephedra was EXCELLENT...it was the only thing that gave me energy and dropped the pounds quickly. I lost like 60 lbs. in 3 months. I only wish I could get my hands back on some. I would buy it ALL. Some people need that extra kick to get the weight loss going, you and I just happen to be 2 of them. Good Luck.
The only thing that ever worked for me and still does is ephedrine!
It is available again, but too much $$$ under the old reliable names (stacker 2 etc)
I would just make your own stack from primatene (available at pharmacies and grocery stores), caffeine and aspirin! do a yahoo search of eca stack or primatene stack on yahoo and you can get the correct ratios.
