no over the counter diet pills are safe..they are not approved by the fda, so your on your own..try a prescription diet pill like phentermine and theres a couple other..but insurance does not cover them so your on your own
OTC diet pills don't work, so don't waste your money. Eat right and exercise.

Don't want to sound sarcastic-so anyway the only things that will work that are safe and very healthy , are water, exercise and a healthy balanced diet in small portions. All diet pills are very dangerous, as are prescription ones. There are no shortcuts or magic pills, that's why I say water and exercise because they are natural with only healthy side-effects! One main key is to know what healthy foods would replace your unhealty cravings,such as I love chocolate and 1 slimfast drink a day + 1 slimfast chocolate bar at different time of day really works plus slimfast has a great healthy eating plans. #1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
