Does anyone know if a good diet pill that really works?

NO diet pills really work. Read the labels carefully...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.

You must have the calorie-reduced diet and exercise, and those two things will be just as effective, if not MORE effective if you don't have the weird chemicals in diets pills coursing through your system, causing heart, kidney, and liver problems. At best, the pills are a waste of money. At worst, you can suffer really awful health problems.

There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and any attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again.

The best one I know is called "regular excercise and a healthy diet high in fruit and vegetables". It's free too.
That one int aht stupid commercial that keeps coming up. I don't reccommend diet pills Ive heard terrible things about them.
well, diet pills don't really work. you can diet, you know like healthy foods. and jennifer aniston she said that she doesn't diet, she just exercises, and she has a great body.or you can do both, diet and exercise.

if you resort to diet pills, it's probably because you're lazy. and once you go off them, you'll only gain back the weight, which is REALLY bad for your heart, so i would just either accept being the way you are, or lose weight the right way.

Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!

The problem w/Hoodia is 90%+ are scams. The real Hoodia is expensive and only the one imported from S.Africa has been show to work.
Many people go for the low cost scam Hoodia and have no results!
