I know they arent good for you, and i know loosing weight takes excersise, but I want something to help me out. whats the best diet pill with the quickest results??

You want to "lose" weight so your pants will become "loose"...

...and don't do the pills...you can't stay on them forever and if you don't make a lifestyle change of better eating and exercise, then you'll just put the pounds right back on anyway...so why waste time taking them off?

Cut your calorie intake to lose weight...eat healthy...drink lots of water...and exercise 5 days a week (work up to 1 hr a day if you can)...

Forget the pills...most of them tell you to eat rhight and exercise anyway...so why waste the money?
Anything with Ephedra in it will help...but you'll have to order it online. You will have to follow the directions and not exceed the recommended dosage because it can be dangerous.

changing your eating and excercise habits is the best way to lose weight and keep it off. most diets fail and that goes for diet pills as well. as soon as you stop taking them, the weight will come right back on if havent changed your lifstyle itself.
I don't think a diet pill is the right choice for you. I believe that if there really was a magic diet pill, the overweight/obesity epidemic in America would cease to exist. Also, the pills available are not for everyone, meaning everyone reacts differently to these pills. For some they work, for most they don't. I suggest just cutting calories and carbs and sugars, adding an enormous amount of veggies and SOME fruits, and eat in modertion combined with exercise. You'll see results even if they aren't right away.

You also have to remember that you didn't gain the weight overnight, so it's not going to come off overnight. I always try to explain that to people when they ask why don't I just lose some weight. I tell them it took me 8 years to accumulate all this weight, it's probably going to take 16 to take it off. LOL

I have tried almost every diet pill, I swear!! I even tried those nasty diet liquids, EWE!! But the only one that really seemed to work are these pills called ZENNICA THIN-1. They gave me plenty of energy, and I actually wanted to exercise! I weight 120 lbs now!! It's great! The only problem is, the company I got them through, out of California, discontinued them!! I can't find them anywhere!! I bought 4 bottles, but I know I will want more, so if you find them, let me know!! They really are the only ones that seem to work well.
