Well, I did Weight Watchers and lost 50 pounds. I liked this program better than others I checked out for these reasons:
It taught me to eat right.
I didn't have to cut any of my favorite foods.
Other diets put you on guilt trips for "cheating", no guilt trips with WW.
The group support is great.
You follow your own diet and don't have to buy expensive foods for the program.
You learn how to prepare your own healthy meals.
They have a free incentive program after you lose the weight to keep it off!
Yeah, it cost money, but it was worth it for me, and has been the only thing that worked for me.
If you are willing to take a risk of addiction I would use Crystal Meth. It burns calories when your sleeping, if you can sleep. Most people who use it end up loosing lots of weight.
No but seriously weight watchers or jenny craig are going to be your best bet, but you will need to exercise if you want to loose weight. If you don't make a serious commitment you wont get anywhere. I suggest seeing a nutritionist and a personal trainer, they will help you set up a diet and exercise routine.
