They don’t work in cutting fat...what they do id make you more active such as that when you drink caffeine so you have more movement and in turn burn more calories and lose weight that way...
Diet pills are a waste of your money. Reduce the amount of calories you take in, increase the amount of calories you burn with more exercise. When you burn more than you eat, you WILL lose weight.

Listen, diet pills are anything but cheap. They are totally expensive, and they don't work a crap. I suggest, if you want to lose weight, eat less, exercise more, and increase your water intake. And you will lose naturally, and love yourself for it. With pills, you feel as though you've taken over 5 shots of coffee. And you almost never keep the weight off.

Save your money and use it to enroll in an exercise program. Lots of diet pills that contain ephedra speed up your heart and can cause serious, lasting damage to your organs.
There is not a safe, effective diet pill on the market whether it is OTC, a prescription drug, or a natural alternative.
there are no cheap diet pills that work...that is why they are cheap... my mom goes to her doctor and he prescribes her pills that work for her and the way she is dieting...we are poor, so i don't think they are that expensive.
To loose weight with diet pills won't help you at all. I tried it. It helps only when you're taking them. After that, you will eat more, and you'll gain more kilograms. The only way to loose weight, is to cut down carbohydrates: sweets, candy and cakes, ice cream, chocolate, and replace them with fruits and veggies; remove fats from your diet, like pork meat, salami, hamburgers, and so on, but you can eat white meat as chicken breast without skin or fish; sweet sodas to be replaced with mineral water; eat 0% fat yogurt. In the first 2 weeks, I have cut down all carbohydrates, in order the brain to forget about them. After 2 weeks, I started to eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread, but still I'm not eating sweets and fats. You must drink lots of water. This is the way the toxins leave the body. I hope this will help you. Even if you want to use diet pills, you must follow a diet. The diet pills won't do the job for you. You're the one who have to plan the diet. I hope this will help you. I must add here the most important thing: you'll loose this way 2 kg per week, 8 kg per month.

NO diet pills really work. Read the labels carefully...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.
You must have the calorie-reduced diet and exercise, and those two things will be just as effective, if not MORE effective if you don't have the weird chemicals in diets pills coursing through your system, causing heart, kidney, and liver problems. At best, the pills are a waste of money. At worst, you can suffer really awful health problems.
There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and any attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again. The diet pills can have the same effect, in that they stop your body from having a normal metabolism, which is really bad news for your health, even if you are exercising and eating healthy.
