Where can I find a totally free online fax service for sending and receiving faxes?

Doesn't really exist.

You can find several fax services taht SEND your fax for free (with a little ad on it) but you can't receive faxes for free.

Perhaps you just look around a little and you will find some VERY cheap ones. (The ones that don't charge a monthly fee)
