Is it possible to send a Fax letter over the internet? how?

You can use Microsoft Fax. Microsoft fax is an additional component of Windows OS and install you need to use the Add/Remove programs from control panel

Yes, this is VERY possible and even though it is not a FREE program -- the charge is ridiculously low (I think it's something like $ 3 or $ 4 USD) and from what I have read about this thing it is SUPER in the way it performs !
