I am sending out resumes from newspaper ads and many of them want me to fax my resume. I don't have a fax machine. So is it possible to send them over the net for free?

Why don't you use your pc to send the fax?
Assuming you have a dial-up modem and MS Office ..
Compose your resume using MS Word.
Save the document.
Then click on the PRINT icon.
Under PRINTER, click on the Down-arrow PULL-DOWN MENU.
Highlight FAX.
Click on OK.
Follow succeeding instructions to send FAX.
---Make sure no one is using your phone line.
---Make sure to DISABLE your Firewall, otherwise, it will NOT ALLOW the pc's fax software to dial-out.
The Fax Monitor will allow you to see on screen the progress of your fax transmission.
