Question:
i know what's wrong but i don't remember how to fix it. my all-in-one make great copies (we don't use the fax so but i know that doesn't work either, but when i ask it to print something online, such as this page right here, it says document failed to print. i'm almost 99% percent sure it is saying that because my window xp firefall updates are blocking anything recieved by the printer. i had this problem before, i just don't remember where i went to uncheck the box that said printers and faxes. does anyone know what i'm talking about firsthand?
Answer:
Go to control panel
go to firewall settings
go to exceptions
add your combo to the list of exceptions
That should fix your problem
