Can I put a cool picture I find on Google "images" search on my business cards?

I'm afraid you will be sued for that...

You can use the pictures provided by image bank websites that provide royalty-free images... such as http://creative.gettyimages.com/...

You can use "Stock images". You can not use someones web site image.

You could ask the person who's site it's on for permission. Just email them. It doesn't cost anything :)
