Try VistaPrint.com...they're always offering FREE business cards (though you do have to pay shipping, but it is still a bargain!)
Avery has some great products and they do have a business card template.
Any office supply store like Office depot will be bursting at the seem with these.
Office depot has a pack of 250 for ~$6.50
I use Wausau Exact Bristol Medium Card Stock. It is available at Office Depot and comes in many colors. It is not prescored and comes 250 to a pack. I find cutting the cards myself makes it easier to align and is much cheaper.
Office Depot has lots of business cards, more to choose from than I could decide upon. www.avery.com is the "business standard" and when you buy (or I think even when you don't) you can go to their website and download all sorts of Word templates for their various sorts of business card shapes and sizes (the very ones you could buy at Office Depot or most other office supply stores, Office Max, Sam's Club, etc.)
Since you have created your own business card you can purchase the paper at any office supply store:
Office Max
Staples
Office Depot
FYI: Vista print has really nice FREE business products such as: Sticky Notes, Rubber Stamps, Business Cards etc., You only need to pay for shipping! What a DEAL...
