Postal Question : Are business cards mailable? HELP!?

Question:
can I mail a business card as a small postcard? What would the stamp cost be?

or if I put it in a tiny envelope, could I mail it? what would the cost of that be?

Answer:
No. A regular business card falls below the minimum size limit for mailing. You would have to put it in an envelope that is at least 3 1/2 by 5 inches to meet postal regulations. Then you would just put a regular 1st class stamp (41 cents at the moment) on it.
Is this question supposed to be in the Jokes section?
Why not have your business cards printed as a postcard size...It will me cheaper than mailing them in an envelope...
I think that maybe you should put it in an envelope. They won't mail it of by itself, and even if they could they may lose it because it is so small.
